Ronald W. DollensRonald W. Dollens is the retired president and CEO of Guidant Corporation, a Fortune 500 company acquired in 2006 for $27 billion by Boston Scientific. Mr. Dollens assumed the post as president and CEO of Guidant in 1994 when the company was formed as a result of a spin-out of Eli Lilly and Company, where he was the president of the Medical Devices and Diagnostic division. Mr. Dollens is currently the non-executive chairman of the board of Kinetic Concepts Inc. and a director of ABIOMED Corporation. Mr. Dollens received a BS in Pharmacy and Pharmacal Sciences from Purdue University and an MBA from Indiana University. |

John F. HarrisJohn F. Harris is currently the president and CEO of NeuroVista and is a veteran medical device entrepreneur. Previously, Mr. Harris founded two highly successful companies, novel defibrillator firm Heartstream (acquired by Hewlett Packard in 1998) and electrical stimulation company Northstar Neuroscience (went public in May 2006). Mr. Harris has also been an Executive in Residence (EIR) at Versant Ventures, a healthcare-focused venture capital firm. Mr. Harris received a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Stanford and an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management. |

William A. HawkinsWilliam A. Hawkins is the president and CEO of Medtronic, Inc. Mr. Hawkins joined Medtronic in January 2002 as Senior Vice President and President of the Vascular Division. Previously, he was president and CEO of Novoste Corporation. Mr. Hawkins serves on the board of directors of Medtronic and Deluxe Corporation, the board of trustees of the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and the board of visitors for the Duke University School of Engineering. Mr. Hawkins holds a BS from Duke University and an MBA from the University of Virginia. |

Mohit Kaushal, M.D.Dr. Mohit Kaushal is Executive Vice President of Business Development and Chief Strategy Officer of the West Wireless Health Institute. As a member of the executive leadership team, he is identifying and pursuing business development opportunities that will advance the Institute's mission of lowering health care costs. Dr. Kaushal currently serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at George Washington University, with a focus on connected health clinical research, and he is a member of the Johns Hopkins University Biomedical Engineering Industrial Liaison Advisory Board. He holds an MBA from Stanford and an MD with distinction from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, London. |

Roger Newton, Ph.D.Roger Newton, Ph.D., is the President and CEO of Esperion Therapeutics. In February 2004, Pfizer acquired the first Esperion for $1.3 billion. In 2008 Esperion was spun back out of Pfizer with Dr. Newton again as CEO. Prior to co-founding the first Esperion, Dr. Newton was a Distinguished Research Fellow in Vascular and Cardiac Diseases at Parke-Davis where he was a co-developer of Lipitor®, the largest selling pharmaceutical in the world. Gil Omenn, M.D., Ph.D.Gil Omenn, M.D., Ph.D., is a Professor of Internal Medicine, Human Genetics and Public Health at the University of Michigan. He was formerly Executive Vice President of Medical Affairs at the University of Michigan, where he oversaw the medical school and the UM Health System. He serves on a variety of scientific and corporate boards, including Amgen and Rohm and Haas. Dr. Omenn holds an M.D. from Harvard Medical School and a Ph.D. from the University of Washington. |

Thomas Shehab, MD, MMMThomas Shehab, MD, MMM is the Chief of Staff at Saint Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He also serves as Chair of the Department of Internal Medicine and on the board of Integrated Health Associates (IHA) a 260 physician multi-specialty group in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He remains active in clinical practice with Huron Gastro, a 16 physician gastroenterology group. Dr. Shehab completed his Internal Medicine residency and a fellowship in gastroenterology at the University of Michigan Medical Center. He has a Masters in Medical Management from Carnegie Mellon University. |

Jeffery S WilliamsJeffrey S Williams joined Life Magnetics as Chairman and CEO in April 2011. Immediately prior to that, Mr. Williams joined Accuri Cytometers, a venture-funded life sciences company, as its President and CEO in January 2010, leading to a sale of the company to Becton, Dickinson & Company (BD) in March 2011. Prior to Accuri, Mr. Williams had been President and CEO of HandyLab, Inc., an Ann Arbor-based clinical diagnostic company, since 2004. HandyLab was acquired by BD in November 2009 for $275 million. Previously, Mr. Williams was President and CEO of Genomic Solutions Inc., an Ann Arbor-based life science products company he co-founded in 1997, culminating in an IPO on NASDAQ in 2000 and merger with Harvard Biosciences, Inc. in late 2002. He received a BS in Biology (summa cum laude) from Alma College and an MBA with High Distinction from The University of Michigan. |
