Paul McCreadie, PrincipalPaul McCreadie joined Arboretum Ventures in 2006. His efforts are focused primarily on reviewing new investment opportunities and providing operational support to Arboretum's portfolio companies. Paul’s board responsibilities include NeoGuide Systems (sold to Intuitive Surgical, 2009) and VasoNova. He is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for Cervilenz, an Arboretum portfolio company based in Cleveland, Ohio. Prior to joining Arboretum Ventures, Paul worked for eight years at Ford Motor Company in new product development and business strategy. While an MBA student at Michigan's Ross School of Business, he was a member of the Wolverine Venture Fund (WVF). Paul was the company liaison for IntraLase, the WVF's most successful investment to date, which was acquired by American Medical Optics in 2007. Paul sits on the technical advisory board for the University of Michigan’s Medical Innovation Center and the Frankel Commercialization Fund, a pre-seed investment fund at the Ross School of Business established to accelerate the commercialization of technologies within the University. Paul earned a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Ross School of Business.
